Coconut Shrimp
List of Ingredients
- 24 Large Raw shrimp, peeled
- !/2 Cups All-purpose flour
- 2 Eggs
- 3 Cups Shredd Coconut
Instructions
- Dredge shrimp in flour, then in eggs. Roll shrimp in shredded coconut, covering them thoroughly.
- Deep fry shrimps at about 375 F, until they are golden.
- Serve with coctail sauce to which crushed pinapple as been added according to taste.
