    List of Ingredients




    1 can good light beer
    1 lb ground beef
    1 can of green beans drained
    1 rutabaga (sp.)
    2 cups baby carrots
    2 potatoes
    2 14oz cans veggie or beef stock
    1 can 14oz stewed tomatoes
    1 turnip
    1 cup cooked pasta
    Salt and pepper

    Make small meat balls browning them off until no longer pink. Set to the side.

    In a stock pot add enough water along with the stock to cover half of the stock pot and add the can of beer. Add all of the veggies except for the potatoes, carrots, and green beans. Boil for about 1 hour and add the stewed tomatoes, potatoes and green beans and the meat balls . When the potatoes are near fork tender add the cooked pasta. Check the meatballs for doneness. Salt and pepper to taste. You may have to add beef boullion to boost up the flavor a notch.
