List of Ingredients



• 8 Tbls brown sugar
  
• 4 Tbls butter
  
• 1 Tbls 151 flamed at table
  
• 1 Tbls banana liquor
  
• 4 oz ice cream
  
• 8 oz sliced banana
  






Instructions



1. Melt butter in sauce pan. Add brown sugar and beat until sugar melts and incorprates into butter. Add sliced bananas, flip to coat, add banana liquor, flame to remove alochol. Scoop ice cream in bowl. Place banana mixture into seprate bowl. Have 151 in small container (you must be able to pour from container without burning yourself). At table, light 151, pour over banana mixture for presentation. Pour banana mixture over icecream and present to your guest.
