List of Ingredients
- 1 lb lean ground beef, cooked, drained
- 2 cups diced onion
- 2 cups diced carrots
- 1 cup minced celery
- 1 tsp granulated garlic
- 1/2 tsp white pepper
- 1 Tbls worchestershire sauce
- 3 Tbls brown sugar
- 1 gallon beef stock
- 2 16 oz cans diced tomatoes or tomatoe puree
- 2 cups barley
- parsley for "good looks"
Instructions
- Brown ground beef, drain. Saute vegetables with seasonings. Add remaining ingredent, simmer till done.
