    Peppermint Bark Candy

    List of Ingredients


    • 1/2 lb. Peppermint stick candy crunched fine.
    • 2 lb. white chocolate


    Instructions


    1. Melt chocolate by placeing 2 lb package in a microwave safe bowl.Micrwave on defrost or 1/2 power for 1-minute.Stir,continue to heat in 30 secind intervals until chocolate is creamy and smooth.

    2. When all chocolate is melted stir peppermint chips in well.

    3. Spread on a tray covered with wax paper. Let set up at room tempture or chill in refridgerator or freezer. When hard break up into small pieces. Enjoy
