    List of Ingredients


    • 1 Large egg
    • 1/2 cup chopped onion
    • 2 Tbls chopped, cooked sausage
    • 1/2 cup shredded cheddar cheese
    • 1/4 heavy cream


    Instructions


    1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Spray indivual au gratin dish with non-stick spray. Crack egg into dish. Add next 4 ingredents. Bake 25-30 minutes, or until white of egg is firm and top is golden brown. Garnish with parsley and cherry tomatoe. Yield 1 serving.
