    List of Ingredients


    • 1 1/2 oz gin or vodka
    • 1/2 oz orange curacao
    • 3 oz half & hald
    • juice of 1/2 lemon
    • 1 egg white
    • 2 tsp superfine sugar
    • 3 drops orange-flowere water
    • ground nutmeg


    Instructions


    1. Place all ingredents except nutmeg,with 1/4 cup crushed ice in blender. Blend until smooth. Strain into tall glass. Garnish with nutmeg.
