    List of Ingredients


    • 1 1/8 oz rum
    • 1 oz cream de coconut
    • 3 oz pineapple juice
    • 1 oz soft vanilla ice cream
    • 1 pineapple chunk
    • 1 maraschino cherry


    Instructions


    1. Place all ingredents except pineapple chunk and cherry, with crushed ice in blender. Blend until smooth.pour into 13 oz glass. Garnish with pineapple chunk and cherry.
