    List of Ingredients


    • 1 1/2 oz mexican coffee liqueur
    • 1 oz light rum
    • 8 oz vanilla ice cream
    • 1 tsp sweet or bittersweet chocolate, shaved


    Instructions


    1. Place all ingredents, except chocolate shavings, in blender. Blend until thick and smooth. Pour into 16 oz glass. Garnish with chocolate shavings.
