    List of Ingredients


    • 11/2 oz light rum
    • juice of 1/2 of lime
    • 1 tsp honey
    • champagne, chilled


    Instructions


    1. Pour ingredents, except champagne, over crushed ice in cocktail shaker. Shake well. Strain into tall 8 oz. glass. Fill glass with champague. stir lightly.
