Holiday Refridgerator Rolls

List of Ingredients
- 2 packages yeast
- 1 cup luke warm water
- 1 cup shortening
- 3/4 cup sugar
- 1 scant Tbls salt1 cup boiling water
- 2 eggs
- 6 1/2 cups flour
Instructions
- Softrn yeast in luke warm water. Cream shortening, sugar, and salt. Add the boiling water, mix, and cool to luke warm. Add well beaten eggs, yeast mixture, and flour; mix well. Dough will have a wet consistency. Cover lightly and put in refridgerator at least 2 hours overnight is even better.
- Make out rolls and let rise 1-1/2 to 2 hours. Bake at 400 degrees about 15 minutes.
