Chocolate Turtle Cake

- 10 Hershey bars (7 oz)
- 1 #10 can hershey's syrup
- 3 lb butter
- 12 cups sugar
- 30 eggs
- 16 cups flour
- 3 tsp soda
- 6 cups buttermilk
- 3 Tablespoons vanilla
Instructions
- Melt the hershey bars and syrup together. Set aside. Whip together butter, sugar and eggs. Add chocolate mixture. Add flour, do not overwhip (1 min).
- In a separate container whip together the soda and buttermilk and then add to mixture, do not overwhip (30 sec). Add vanilla to mixture.
- Pour into 6 bundt pans (sprayed with pam). Cook 1 hour at 300 degrees.
