    • 1 cup warm corn syrup
    • 2 1/2 cups coconut (desicated)
    • melted chocolate


    Instructions


    1. Heat corn syrup and mix with coconut. Let stand 1 hour or until coconut has soaked up syrup. Roll into ball, dip in chocolate or use mold.
