List of Ingredients



• 1 c. sugar
  
• 1/2 c. light corn-syrup
  
• 1/4 tsp salt
  
• 1/4 c. water
  
• 1 c. peanuts
  
• 2 Tsp softened butter
  
• 1 tsp baking soda
  






Instructions



1. In a heavy sauce pan,heat first four ingredents to boiling.Stir until sugar is completly dissolved. Stir in peanuts. Continue cooking until candy thermometer reads 300 degrees. Remove from heat. Stir in butter and baking soda. Pour onto greased cookie sheet. Using fork stir mixture into rectangle.
   
2. Once set break into pieces by hand and store.
