Spicy Mexican Chicken

List of Ingredients
- 1 Bag of Tostitos chips, crushed
- 2-3 boneless chicken breast (cooked)
- 2 cans of cream of chicken soup
- 1 can of mushroom soup
- 1 can of rotell tomatoes
- 1tsp chili powder
- 1/2 cup chopped green pepper
- 1/2 cup chopped onions
- 1 cup of chedder cheese (the mexican 4-cheese is great)
Instructions
- Put 1/2 bag of chips on the bottom of a 9x13 inch casserole dish. Cut chicken in pieces and put on top of chips. Then mix in the soups, rotell tomatoes,onions,green pepper and chili powder together and pour over chicken and chips. Bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes.Remove from the oven and add cheese or mexican cheese over the top and return to oven and bake for 10 minutes. You can also add sour cream to this.You can also usr poultry seasoning to add to flavor of chicken.
