White Lasagna

List of Ingredients
- 12 oz Alfredo sauce
- 1 lb pasta (lasagna)
- 12 oz sliced chicken
- 1/2 lb spinach
- 3 cups rocotta cheese
- 3 cups mozzarella cheese (shedded)
- 3 cups parmesan cheese
- 1 cup roasted red pepper (sliced)
- 2 eggs
- 3 cups chopped spinach
- 1 1/2 Tbls red pepper flakes, or to taste
- 1 Tbls white pepper
- 1 Tbls salt
- 3 Tbls fresh gsrlic
Instructions
- Mix ricotta cheese, garlic, white pepper, eggs and chopped spinach in mixing bowl; set aside.
- In large baking dish, layer pasta, 4 oz alfredo sauce and spinach till bottom is covered.Next layer chicken, mozzarella, ^ Tbls parmesan and another layer of pasta. For the next layer 6 oz alfredo, 2 cups ricotta cheese mix, 2 cups mozzarella, 6 Tbls parmesan and another layer of pasta. Alternate layers until pan is filled to top; cover with foil; bake for 45 minutes at 325 degrees. Let set before cutting and serving.
