Beefalo Chili

List of Ingredients
- 1/4 cup chili powder
- 2 tsp cayene pepper
- 1/4 cup paprika
- 1/8 cup crushed red pepper
- 1/8 cup granulated garlic
- 1/4 cup ground cumin
- 1 Tbls fennel seed
- 1/8 cup ground black pepper
- 3 lbs beefalo
- 1 #10 can punto beans
- 1 #10 can kidney beans
- 1/4 cup minced garlic
- 1/4 cup jalapenos
- 3-4 large green bell peppers, diced
- 4 large yellow onions chopped
- 1/8 cup salt
- 3/8 cup louisanna hot sauce
- 6 oz worcestershire sauce
- 3/8 cup honey
- 2 #10 all purpose crushed tomatoes
- 5 bay leaves
Instructions
- Mix dry spices together. In large skillet, saute beefalo, 1/2 the onions, and 1/2 the dry mix. Pour off the fat. Add remaining onions, jalapenos, bell pepper and garlic. Cook until transluccent.
- Drain beans and tomatoes. Add to meat. Add remaining ingredents. Cook over medium heat at least 1 hour stirring constanrly.
