White Chicken Chili

List of Ingredients
- 2 Tsp oil
- 1/2 cup onion, chopped
- 2 cups cooked chicken breast
- 1 1/2 cups chicken brouth
- 1 (15 oz.) can cannellini or great northern beans (rinsed and drained)
- 1 can shoepeg corn,drained
- 1 7(oz) can sasala verde
- sour cream, cheese, cilantro for serving

Instructions
- Saute chopped onions in a saucepan. Add cooked chicken and cook with onions 2 minutes. Add chicken brouth, beans, corn and sasala verde. Cook 10-15 minutes while cornbread is baking.
- DRESSED UP CORNBREAD
- 1 BOX CORNBREAD MIX
1 CAN CHOPPED GREEN CHILIES
1/2 CUP CHEESE
- Make cornbread according to instructions. Add drained chilies and 1/2 cup cheese. Mix thiurghtly and pour in pan. Bake according to directions.
