Almond Brickle Biscotti

- 2/3 cup butter
- 1 1/3 cup brown sugar
- 2 tsp baking powder
- 1 tsp baking soda
- 4 eggs
- 5 cups all-purpose flour
- 2 cups heath bits/alomond toffee bits
Instructions
- Beat butter at medium speed for 30 seconds. Add sugar, baking powder, and baking soda until combined. Beat in eggs. Stir in flour. Add heath bits/almond bits. Shape dough into 2 rolls and flatten. Bake in 375 degree oven, 20 minutes or until tooth pick come out clean. Cool for 1 hour. Cut each roll into vertical slices 1/2" thick. Place slices cut side down on cookie sheet and bake at 325 degrees for 8 minutes. Turn cookie sheet and cook 8 more minutes or until ligh brown or crisp. Transfer cookies to wire rack to cool. Makes 72 cookies.
