    List of Ingredients


    • 3 lb pork loin roast
    • 1 large can sauerkraut
    • 2 apples peeled and sliced
    • 1/4 cup brown sugar
    • crockpot


    Instructions


    1. Put sauerkraut on bottom of the crockpot, then top with the pork roast, sliced apples, and brown sugar. Cook on low setting for 8-10 hours.
