Butternut and White Bean Soup

List of Ingredients
- 1 cup chopped onion
- 3/4 tsp cinnamon
- 1/2 tsp cumin
- 1 clove garlic, minced
- 3 cups peeled, cubed butternut squash
- 1/8 tsp pepper
- 1 1/2 cup chicken broth
- 1 can mexican style stewed tomatoes
- 1 can diced tomatoes
- 1 can great northern beans ,drained
- crockpot
- blender (optional)
Instructions
- Mix all ingredents together in a crockpot and cook on low heat for 8 hours. If desired, remove about 2 cups of the soup, puree in the blender, and then return to crockpot.
