    Idaho Baked Potato Dessert

    List of Ingredients


    • 1/2 gallon cookies and cream ice cream
    • 1/2 cup whipped topping (cool whip kind)
    • 1/2 cup crushed oreos
    • cocoa
    • hot fudge
    • spray whipped topping (aresol can kind)
    • chopped pecans


    Instructions


    1. Thaw ice cream until very soft. Place ice cream in a mixing bowl and mix until melted. Add oreos and cool whip,mix well. Pour into a freezable container and refreeze for 24 hours.

    2. Twenty fours later take out of freezer, take out about 4 oz for each serving and mold woth your hand into oval shape as in the shape of a small baked potato. Roll each "potato" in loose cocoa, and put back in the freezer for another 24 hours.

    3. To serve: Pour hot fudge on a small plate, covering the whole plate. Place the whole "potato" on top of the fudge,put a stripe of whipped topping on top (to mimie sour cream) and finish by sprinkling chopped pecans over the whipped topping (to mimic bacon bits). Enjoy
