    List of Ingredients


    • Lime Custard
    • 3 1/3 cups ground graham crackers
    • 1/2 cup sugar
    • 1/2 cup butter
    • 12 large eggs
    • 2 cups heavy cream
    • 2 cups sugar 1-1/3 cups fresh lime juice
    • toasted coconut
    • toasted almonds
    • -----
    • Brandied Fruit
    • 1 oz cantaloupe
    • 1 oz honeydew
    • 2 each strawberries
    • 1 oz grapes
    • 1/4 oz brandy


    Instructions


    1. For the crust, melt butter, mix with 1/2 cup sugar and ground up graham crackers. Press into a 1/2 size sheet pan. Bake at 350 for 7-9 minutes.
    2. To make the custard, mix eggs, cream, 2 cups of sugar and lime juice. Mix all ingredents well. Pour custard onto baked graham cracker crust, level it and bake in 300 degree oven for 20-45 minutes (do not allow crust to form).
    3. Garnish with coconut and almonds. Cool and cover, place in refridgerator for 24 hours.
    4. To make the brandied fruit, dice the fruit small, marinate in brandy. Serve with lime custard.
