- Lime Custard
- 3 1/3 cups ground graham crackers
- 1/2 cup sugar
- 1/2 cup butter
- 12 large eggs
- 2 cups heavy cream
- 2 cups sugar 1-1/3 cups fresh lime juice
- toasted coconut
- toasted almonds

- Brandied Fruit
- 1 oz cantaloupe
- 1 oz honeydew
- 2 each strawberries
- 1 oz grapes
- 1/4 oz brandy
Instructions
- For the crust, melt butter, mix with 1/2 cup sugar and ground up graham crackers. Press into a 1/2 size sheet pan. Bake at 350 for 7-9 minutes.
- To make the custard, mix eggs, cream, 2 cups of sugar and lime juice. Mix all ingredents well. Pour custard onto baked graham cracker crust, level it and bake in 300 degree oven for 20-45 minutes (do not allow crust to form).
- Garnish with coconut and almonds. Cool and cover, place in refridgerator for 24 hours.
- To make the brandied fruit, dice the fruit small, marinate in brandy. Serve with lime custard.
