3/4 Cup Cold Milk
1 Package (3.4 ounces) instant pudding mix
2 Cups Whipped Topping
1 Cup canned or cooked pumpkin
1/2 teaspoon pumpkin pie spice
1 ½ Cups Crushed Gingersnaps
Additional Whipped Topping
Optional:
Any Flavor of Pudding You Would Like
1 Cup Copped Nuts of Your ChoiceRecipe
In a mixing bowl, beat milk and pudding mix on low speed for 2 minutes.
Stir in whipped topping, pumpkin pie and pumpkin pie spice. Mix very well for a good distribution of flavors. If you want to add nuts this is the time, put them in now. Spoon half of the mixture in to dishes/glasses of your selection. Top with gingersnap mixture. Add another layer of the mixture. Top will gingersnaps pieces. Make as many layers as you want. On the last layer, top will gingersnaps and more whipped topping to finish. Makes enough for 6 average size servings.
