    • 6 cups rhubarb cut up
    • 1/2 cup sugar
    • 6 oz box strawberry jello
    • box of dry white cake mix
    • 1 cup water
    • 1/3 cup butter, melted


    Instructions


    1. Place rhubarb on the bottom of glass cake pan. Sprinkle sugar, strawberry jello, cake mix over rhubarb. Evenly pour water and butter over top of mixture. Bake at 350 degrees for 35-40 minutes.
