    List of Ingredients


    • 1 1/2 lbs pepper jack cheese, diced
    • 2 Tblsp onions, minced
    • 1/2 tsp chili powder
    • 1 tsp hot sauce
    • 1/2 tsp garlic, minced
    • 1 cup beer


    Instructions


    1. Combine all the ingredents in a sauce pan or crockpot. Heat over low heat for 45 minutes. Serve warm.
