    List of Ingredients


    • 3 c flour
    • 2 c sugar
    • 1 tsp salt
    • 1 tsp soda
    • 1 tsp cinnamon
    • 3 eggs, beaten
    • 1 1/2 c salad oil
    • 1 1/2 tsp vanilla
    • 1 (8 oz) can crushed pineapple (undrained)
    • 1 c chopped pecans or walnuts
    • 2 c chopped bananas


    Instructions


    1. Combine flour, sugar, salt, soda, and cinnamon in large mixing bowl. Add eggs and oil, stiring until dry ingredents are moistened. Do Not Beat. Stir in pineapple, vanilla, nuts and bananas. Spoon batter into 9x13 inch greased and floured baking pan. Bake at 350 for 35 to 40 minutes or until tests done.
