A good cool dessert especially for holidays.





List of Ingredients



• 2 cups coursley crushed pretzel
  
• 3 tsps sugar
  
• 3/4 cup margarine, melted
  
• 1 (8 OZ ) pkg cream cheese, softened
  
• 1 cup sugar
  
• 1 (12 oz.) cartoon of cool whip
  
• 1 large pkg strawberry jello
  
• 2 cups boiling water
  
• 1 (16 oz) pkg frozen sliced strawberries
  
• 1 (15 oz.) can crushed pineapple, drained
  






Instructions



1. Preheat oven to 400 degrees F. Mix crushed pretzels, sugar and melted margrine together and press into a 9 x 13 pan. Bake at 400 degrees for 7 minutes, cool completely.
   
2. mix together cream cheese, sugar and cool whip, and spread over crust.
   
3. Dissolve jello in boiling water and add sliced strawberries and drained pineapples; mix well. Chill slightly. Pour over cream cheese mixture and refridgerate
   






Final Comments


A good dessert for most outings.
