    List of Ingredients


    • 1/2 cup butter, softened
    • 4 cups confectioner sugar
    • 1 Tbsp whipping cream
    • 8 drops peppermint extract
    • greeen and red food coloring


    Instructions


    1. Using an electric mixer, cream butter throughly; add sugar gradually and mix well. Mix in cream and peppermint. Seperate batter into 2 equally portions, coloring one with green food coloring and the other red.
    2. Spoon batter into a cake decorator tube and using a shaped tip, press shapes onto waxed paper.
    3. Allow to set for 45 minutes, (not in th refridgerator) and let set for up to 30 minutes. Store in an air tight container in a cool place.
