    Beer Boiled Brats w/ Pepper and Onions

    List of Ingredients


    • 2-3 good size green,red, or yellow peppers julienne
    • 1 large onion julienne
    • 1-2 packs Bratwurst
    • 2-3 bottles of good dark beer


    Instructions


    1. Poke sevaral holes in the brat with a toothpick, and boil in dark beer for 25-30 minutes, till done.Cool until your event then grill for about 20-25 minutes, or until hot.

    2. Wrap the pepper amd onions in foil with some butter and throw on the grill. Turn the foil package a couple of times and remove from grill. Use the peppers and onions as a garnish, with some spicy brown mustard on your brats.
