    Maple-Pecan Glazed Pork Tenderloin

    Source of Recipe

    WBIR

    Recipe Introduction

    Southern Graces

    List of Ingredients

    1 (1 lb.) pork tenderloins
    1/2 tsp. kosher salt
    1 T. butter
    2 T. olive oil
    1/2 cup chopped pecans
    1/2 cup maple syrup
    2 T. dijon mustard
    2 T. Grand Marnier

    Recipe

Clean pork. Melt butter and combine with the olive oil. Poke indentions in the pork with a skewer, and pour butter/oil combination over pork, filling the holes.

In a separate bowl, combine the pecans, maple syrup, and mustard, and the Grand Marnier. (You can substitute with orange juice if you wish). Wisk until blended.

Spread marinade over tenderloins, and sprinkle with kosher salt. Bake at 400 degrees for approximately 18 minutes, or until meat thermometer inserted into thickest portion registers to 160 degrees. Remove pork and let rest for 10--15 minutes before cutting. Slice and serve as an entree, or on rolls for a delightful hors d'oeuvre!
