    List of Ingredients


    • 4 Tsp butter
    • 6 skinless, boneless chicken breast halves
    • 1/4-1/2 tsp garlic powder
    • 2 Tsp flour
    • 1 cup chunky applesauce
    • 1 (8 oz) can unsweetened pineapple tidbits
    • 1 large bannana slicedd
    • 3/4 cup seedless green or red grape halves
    • 1/2 cup strawberry halves
    • 2 Tsp brown sugar
    • 1 tsp ground cinnamon


    Instructions


    1. In a 10" skilett, melt 2 Tsp butter over medium-high heat until hot.Add chicken, sprinkle with garlic powder, and cook until golden, 3-4 minutes per side. Remove to a plate. In same skilett,melt remaing 2 Tsp butter over medium heat. Stir in flour until well blended.Cook stiring 1-minute.
    2. Stir in applesauce,halved pineapple tidbits, reserved pineapple juice,bannana slices, grapes, strawberries, brown sugar,and cinnamon.
    3. Heat to boiling, stirring constantly. Reduce heat and cook for 1 to 2 minutes, until slightly thickened.
