Tropical Chicken with Fruit Sauce

List of Ingredients
- 4 Tsp butter
- 6 skinless, boneless chicken breast halves
- 1/4-1/2 tsp garlic powder
- 2 Tsp flour
- 1 cup chunky applesauce
- 1 (8 oz) can unsweetened pineapple tidbits
- 1 large bannana slicedd
- 3/4 cup seedless green or red grape halves
- 1/2 cup strawberry halves
- 2 Tsp brown sugar
- 1 tsp ground cinnamon
Instructions
- In a 10" skilett, melt 2 Tsp butter over medium-high heat until hot.Add chicken, sprinkle with garlic powder, and cook until golden, 3-4 minutes per side. Remove to a plate. In same skilett,melt remaing 2 Tsp butter over medium heat. Stir in flour until well blended.Cook stiring 1-minute.
- Stir in applesauce,halved pineapple tidbits, reserved pineapple juice,bannana slices, grapes, strawberries, brown sugar,and cinnamon.
- Heat to boiling, stirring constantly. Reduce heat and cook for 1 to 2 minutes, until slightly thickened.
