Chicken and Sausage Jambalaya

- 1 Tbls salted butter
- 3 oz chicken pieces
- 3 oz smoked sausage pieces
- 1/2 cup diced green bell peppers and onions
- 1/2 cup button mushrooms
- 2 oz red tomatoe sauce
- 3 oz pork gravy
Instructions
- Cook chicken pieces about 1 1/2 minutes on medium high heat in butter
- Then add sausage and mushrooms. Cook for 1 minute. Add pepper and onion mix. Let cook for another minute.
- Add red sauce and pork gravy. Bring to a boil. Turn heat to low and let simmer for 5 minutes.
- Pour over rice and serve.
