    Chicken and Sausage Jambalaya

    List of Ingredients


    • 1 Tbls salted butter
    • 3 oz chicken pieces
    • 3 oz smoked sausage pieces
    • 1/2 cup diced green bell peppers and onions
    • 1/2 cup button mushrooms
    • 2 oz red tomatoe sauce
    • 3 oz pork gravy


    Instructions


    1. Cook chicken pieces about 1 1/2 minutes on medium high heat in butter
    2. Then add sausage and mushrooms. Cook for 1 minute. Add pepper and onion mix. Let cook for another minute.
    3. Add red sauce and pork gravy. Bring to a boil. Turn heat to low and let simmer for 5 minutes.
    4. Pour over rice and serve.
