    Mandarin Chicken

    List of Ingredients


    • sesamine oil
    • chicken breast
    • green onion
    • garlic
    • fresh ginger
    • canned mandrain oranges
    • chicken stock
    • soy sauce
    • corn starch


    Instructions


    1. Saute sliced chicken in hot pan with sesime oil. Season with salt and pepper. When chicken begins to brown, add garlic, ginger and green onions. Deglaze pen with mandrian orange juice and let simmer. Add chicken stock and soy sauce to taste and bring to a boil.

    2. Make a slurry with equal parts corn starch and cool water, whisking to elimanate lumps. This will be thickening agent for the sauce.

    3. Slowly add slurry until sauce thickens to desired consistency. Add mandrain orange segments and adjust seasoning. Serve with snow peas. ENJOY!!
