    List of Ingredients


    • 3 cups pecans, tosted in butter
    • 1 unbaked (10 inch) pie shell
    • 1 1/4 cups packed light brown sugar
    • 2 Tsp flour
    • 1 tsp salt
    • 1 1/4 cups light corn syurp
    • 2 Tsp molasses
    • 1 1/2 tsp vanilla extract
    • 1/4 tsp almond extract
    • 5 eggs, lightely beaten


    Instructions


    1. Arrange pecans over the bottom of the pie shell.
    2. Preheat oven to 325 degrees F
    3. Mix brown sugsr, flour and saltin a bowl.
    4. Mix cirn syurp,molasses and flavorings in a bowl.Add the syurp mixture and eggs to the flour mixture and mix well.
    5. Pour carefully into the prepared shell without disturbing the pecans.
    6. Bake 40 To 45 minutes or until the center is set.
    7. Cool on a wirw rack for 1 hour before serving.
