Harvest Pecan pie

- 3 cups pecans, tosted in butter
- 1 unbaked (10 inch) pie shell
- 1 1/4 cups packed light brown sugar
- 2 Tsp flour
- 1 tsp salt
- 1 1/4 cups light corn syurp
- 2 Tsp molasses
- 1 1/2 tsp vanilla extract
- 1/4 tsp almond extract
- 5 eggs, lightely beaten
Instructions
- Arrange pecans over the bottom of the pie shell.
- Preheat oven to 325 degrees F
- Mix brown sugsr, flour and saltin a bowl.
- Mix cirn syurp,molasses and flavorings in a bowl.Add the syurp mixture and eggs to the flour mixture and mix well.
- Pour carefully into the prepared shell without disturbing the pecans.
- Bake 40 To 45 minutes or until the center is set.
- Cool on a wirw rack for 1 hour before serving.
