List of Ingredients
6 cups broccoli, chopped
1 1/2 cups each, raisins and dry-roasted salted peanuts
2 to 3 TBSP onion, grated fine
1 cup mayonnaise
1/3 cup red wine vinegar
1/4 cup sugar
Recipe
Place broccoli, raisins and peanuts in a mixing bowl. Mix together the remaining ingredients and pour over the broccoli mixture. Toss to mix completely. Place in a covered bowl and refrigerate several hours or overnight before serving.
