    List of Ingredients


    • 3.5 oz Philadelphia style chicken
    • 2.0 oz buffalo wing sauce
    • tossed green salad
    • crutons, bacon bits, shredded cheadder cheese
    • ranch or blue cheese dressing


    Instructions


    1. Place chicken on hot griddle and cook until edges turn white. Flip and chop with spatulas until chicken is fully cooked, approx 60 seconds. Add 2.0 ozs buffalo wing sauce and cook until evenly distributed. Place on top of fresh salad greens. Garnish with shredded cheddar cheese, bacon bits, and curtons if desired. Best served with ranch or blue cheese dressing.
