    List of Ingredients


    • 2 cups shaved cucumber
    • 1/2 cup rice wine vinegar
    • 1/2 cup sugar
    • 1 Tbs fresh chopped dill


    Instructions


    1. Dilute sugar in vinegar and add dill. Soak cucumbers for 1 minute and drain well. Garnish with chopped red pepper. Serve immediately.
