4 oz white, boneless breast of chicken, sliced wafer thin
.50 oz sliced onions
.25 oz sliced green peppers
.25 oz sliced mushrooms
2 slices Provolone Cheese
1 Italian style sub rollRecipe
Place meat on the grill with the onions, mushrooms, and green peppers placed on top. When the edges of the meat turn white, flip the meat and vegetables over with your spatula. Begin to shop the meat and vegetables with spatulas until meat is done and no longer transparent. Top with two pieces of Provolone cheese and when melted, place on bun.
This can be cooked the same way and served without a bun to make considerable savings in carbs and calories
