    List of Ingredients




    4 oz white, boneless breast of chicken, sliced wafer thin
    5 oz iceburg and romaine lettuce, chopped
    1 oz matchstick carrots
    6 banana pepper rings
    4 slices tomato
    4 slices cucumber
    Garnish: Grated Cheddar cheese and Bacon bits

    Recipe



    Place meat on grill and cook until the edges begin to turn white. Flip the meat over with the spatula and cook until meat is almost done. Use spatulas to cut chicken in bite size pieces. Place on top of salad when meat is fully cooked. Garnish with grated cheddar cheese and bacon bits.
