    Cashew Chicken Stir Fry

    List of Ingredients


    • Stir Fry oil
    • minced ginger
    • minced garlic
    • red pepper flakes
    • stir fry tenders
    • stir fry vegetable mix
    • sliced mushrooms
    • pepper/onion mix
    • plum wine
    • stir fry glaze
    • criepy noodles


    Instructions


    1. Heat oil in a preheated saute pan. Add ginger, garlic and red pepper flakes. Saute until garlic begins to brown.
    2. Add chicken and saute for 2 minutes, stiring constantly. Contine to cook while adding vegetables until chicken is just done and vegetables are tender.
    3. Remove pan from heat and add wine to pan, return to heat and simmer for 30 seconds. Add stir fry sauce and simmer for another minute. Top with crispy noodles.
