Cashew Chicken Stir Fry

- Stir Fry oil
- minced ginger
- minced garlic
- red pepper flakes
- stir fry tenders
- stir fry vegetable mix
- sliced mushrooms
- pepper/onion mix
- plum wine
- stir fry glaze
- criepy noodles
Instructions
- Heat oil in a preheated saute pan. Add ginger, garlic and red pepper flakes. Saute until garlic begins to brown.
- Add chicken and saute for 2 minutes, stiring constantly. Contine to cook while adding vegetables until chicken is just done and vegetables are tender.
- Remove pan from heat and add wine to pan, return to heat and simmer for 30 seconds. Add stir fry sauce and simmer for another minute. Top with crispy noodles.
