- 3 cups water
- 2 cups flour
- 2 tsp salt
- 1/4 tsp black pepper
- 4 cube steaks, trimmed, flatened (4 oz each)
- 1 1/2 Tbls lean ground beef
- 1/4 cup flour
- 2 cups chicken broth
- 2 cups milk
- 1/4 tsp black pepper
- 1/4 tsp salt
Instructions
- Put in medium bowl water. Sift flour, salt, and pepper together.Dip steak in water then dry mixture. Repeat lay coated steak on wax paper and freeze for 3 hours. Deep fry steak in 350 degrees oil 8-10 minutes. Drain on paper towels. Brown ground beef in skillet. Stir in flour, then remaining ingredents. Bring to boil, the simmer until thick. Pour gravy over steaks.
