    Pineapple Filling

    Recipe Introduction

    This is best when used with a yellow cake.

    List of Ingredients

    12 TBS lemon juice
    1 - 20oz. can of crushed pineapple
    1/2 stick of margerine
    3/4 c. sugar
    2 eggs well beaten
    2 TBS plain flour

    Recipe

    Mix flour and sugar; add remaining ingredients. Simmer until thick (about 10 to 12 minutes). Let cool and spread between cake layers, on top and sides of cake. (I like to refrigerate the cake and serve it cold)
