List of Ingredients
1 cup grated sharp cheese
1/3 cup fine dry breadcrumbs
1/4 teaspoon salt
1/4 teaspoon paprika
1/4 teaspoon Worcestershire
12 egg yolk (slightly beaten)
1 egg white (slightly beaten)
Cayenne pepper
Recipe
Combine cheese with breadcrumbs and seasonings. Blend thoroughly. Add egg yolk and mix well. Fold in the egg white. Shape into small balls and roll in more breadcrumbs Fry in deep hot oil until golden brown. Drain on paper towels. Serve hot.
