Amish Chicken Corn Soup

List of Ingredients
- 2 lbs. cut up chicken
- 5 cups water
- 1 med. onion,chopped
- 2 Tbls. chopped parsley
- 2 c. corn
- salt and pepper
- 1 c. flour
- 1 egg, beaten
- 1/4 cup milk
Instructions
- Cook chicken in boiling water till done. Remove bones and skin. Strain the stock.
- Return Chicken and stock to the pot. Add onions,celry and corn.
- Simmer till all vegetables are tender.
- Mix flour with egg and milk. Rub mixture with a fork until it crumbles.
- Drop crumbles in soup.
- Cook 10 more minutes, covered.
