1 c. hash browns (frozen right from pkg.)
1 lb. bulk sausage (browned and drained)
1 can cream of celery soup
2/3 c. milk
3 eggs (slightly beaten)
1 c. processed American cheese (cubed)
Grated Cheddar cheese
Bread crumbs
Recipe
Combine soup, milk, eggs and processed cheese. In a skillet, brown sausage. Drain. Mix with hash browns and soup mixture. Put mixture in greased flat 7x10 inch casserole. Sprinkle with bread crumbs and grated Cheddar cheese. Bake at 350 degrees F. for 30 to 40 minutes. Serves 6. This casserole may be made the night before and refrigerated, then baked the morning it is to be served.
