2 packages Hot pork sausage (12 oz.)
1 package frozen southern-style hash brown potatoes (2 lbs.)
1 cup minced onion
2 cups milk
4 cups colby jack cheese (shredded)
1/2 Tablespoon salt
6 large eggs (beaten)
1 jar of salsa (12 oz.)
Recipe
Grease 9 X 13 glass pan.Brown and drain sausage.Combine sausage, hash browns, onion, milk, 3 cups of cheese, salt and eggs.Pour into pan.Top with 1 cup of cheese. Refrigerate overnight.Bake uncovered at 350 for 50-55 minutes.Serve with salsa.
