- 1 1/2 CUPS OIL
- 2 CUPS SUGAR
- 3 EGGS
- 3 CUPS SIFTED ALL PURPOSE FLOUR
- 1 TEASPOON SALT
- 1 TEASPOON BAKING SODA
- 2 TEASPOON VANILLA EXTRACT
- 1 1/2 TEASPOONS GROUND CINNAMON
- 3 LARGE APPLES, PEELED AND CUBED
- 1 CUP PECANS, CHOPPED
Instructions
- COMBINE SUGAR, OIL AND EGGS AND BEAT ON MEDIUM SPEED UNTIL LIGHT AND FLUFFY.
- BLEND IN DRY INGREDIENTS.
- ADD VANILLA, APPLES AND NUTS, BLENDING WELL.
- GREASE AND FLOUR A TUBE OR BUNDT PAN.
- BAKE IN A PREHEATED OVEN AT 350 DEGREES FOR 1 HOUR AND 20 MINUTES, OR UNTIL CAKE TESTS DONE.
