- 1 1/2 CUPS BUTTER
- 1 (8 OZ. ) PKG. CREAM CHEESE
- 3 CUPS WHITE SUGAR
- 1 TABLESPOON VANILLA EXTRACT.
- 1 TSP. ALMOND EXTRACT
- 3 CUPS CAKE FLOUR
- 6 EGGS
Instructions
- CREAM TOGETHER THE BUTTER, CREAM CHEESE, AND SUGAR UNTIL LIGHT AND FLUFFY.
- STIR IN VANILLA AND ALMOND EXTRACTS
- ADD FLOUR AND EGGS ALTERNATELY, BEGINING AND ENDING WITH FLOUR.
- POUR BATTER INTO A GREASED TUBE PAN. BAKE IN A PRE-HEATED 325 DEGREE OVEN FOR 1 AND 15 MINUTES OR UNTIL A TOOTHPICK INSERTED IN THE CENTER COMES OUT CLEAN.
