- 1 SUPREME ORANGE CAKE MIX
- 4 EGGS
- 3 OZ. INSTANT VANILLA PUDDING
- 3 OZ. ORANGE GELATIN
- 1/2 CUP OIL
- 1 1/2 CUPS MILK
- FILLING;
- 15 OZ. CRUSHED PINEAPPLE, DRAINED WELL
- 12 OZ. FROZEN COCONUT
- 8 OZ. SOUR CREAM
- 2 CUPS SUGAR
- TOPPING;
- 1 CUP FILLING MIXTURE
- 8 OZ. COOL WHIP
Instructions
- CAKE:MIX ALL CAKE INGREDIENTS TOGETHER.
- BEAT 3 MINUTES ON MEDIUM SPEED.
- POUR INTO 3 9 INCH GREASED AND FLOURED CAKE PANS.
- BAKE AT 350 DEGREES FOR 30 MINUTES. COOL LAYERS
- FILLING: TAKE A SPOON AND REMOVE AS MUCH LIQUID AS POSSIBLE FROM PINEAPPLE.
- MIX ALL INGREDIENTS. TAKE OUT ONE CUP OF THIS MIXTURE AND RESERVE FOR TOPPING RECIPE.
- SPREAD FILLING BETWEEN LAYERS AND ON TOP OF CAKE.
- TOPPING: MIX TOPPING INGREDIENTS TOGETHER. SPREAD ON SIDES AND TOP OF CAKE.
