    • 1 SUPREME ORANGE CAKE MIX
    • 4 EGGS
    • 3 OZ. INSTANT VANILLA PUDDING
    • 3 OZ. ORANGE GELATIN
    • 1/2 CUP OIL
    • 1 1/2 CUPS MILK
    • FILLING;
    • 15 OZ. CRUSHED PINEAPPLE, DRAINED WELL
    • 12 OZ. FROZEN COCONUT
    • 8 OZ. SOUR CREAM
    • 2 CUPS SUGAR
    • TOPPING;
    • 1 CUP FILLING MIXTURE
    • 8 OZ. COOL WHIP


    Instructions


    1. CAKE:MIX ALL CAKE INGREDIENTS TOGETHER.
    2. BEAT 3 MINUTES ON MEDIUM SPEED.
    3. POUR INTO 3 9 INCH GREASED AND FLOURED CAKE PANS.
    4. BAKE AT 350 DEGREES FOR 30 MINUTES. COOL LAYERS
    5. FILLING: TAKE A SPOON AND REMOVE AS MUCH LIQUID AS POSSIBLE FROM PINEAPPLE.
    6. MIX ALL INGREDIENTS. TAKE OUT ONE CUP OF THIS MIXTURE AND RESERVE FOR TOPPING RECIPE.
    7. SPREAD FILLING BETWEEN LAYERS AND ON TOP OF CAKE.
    8. TOPPING: MIX TOPPING INGREDIENTS TOGETHER. SPREAD ON SIDES AND TOP OF CAKE.
